These terms cover your use of the Xpost or Lost website and waitlist (the “Service”) while we’re in pre-launch. Xpost or Lost is operated by Yehor Serdiuk. By using this site or joining the waitlist, you agree to what’s below. A fuller Terms of Service will replace this before the paid product launches.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist registers your interest — nothing more. It doesn’t guarantee access, a place, a price, or a launch date. The product described on this site is still in development, and its features, pricing, and rules may change or be discontinued at any time.

Acceptable use

• Don’t submit anyone’s details but your own.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape, or break the site.
• Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful.

Our content

The Xpost or Lost name, copy, artwork, and branding are ours. Please don’t copy or reuse them without permission.

No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the product will launch as described.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we won’t be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this pre-launch site or the waitlist.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, where the operator is based. This doesn’t remove the mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your own country of residence.
